This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Watbot, LLC ("we", "us" or "our") uses on the website heicgram.com (the "Site"), why we use them, and how you can manage them. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.

In short

Only a handful of strictly necessary cookies are used: they protect the contact form and remember your cookie choices.
Analytics (Google Analytics) runs only with your consent.
We do not use advertising or targeting cookies.
You can change your mind at any time via Cookie settings.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. On your next visit the browser sends them back, which lets the site recognise your browser and remember your settings. Cookies can be first-party (set by the Site) or third-party (set by other services, such as a web analytics provider), and session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (kept until they expire or you delete them).

In addition to cookies, the Site uses the browser's local storage (localStorage). It works in a similar way, but the data is never sent to the server and stays only in your browser.

2. Why we use them

We use three kinds of cookies and similar technologies:

Strictly necessary — the Site cannot operate securely without them: they protect forms against forged requests and store your cookie choices. They do not require consent.
Functional — they remember your preferences: the interface language and the colour theme.
Performance (analytics) — they help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. They are set only with your consent.

We do not use targeting or advertising cookies on the Site.

Performance (analytics)

Google Analytics. These cookies are set by Google Analytics 4 and only after you give consent. The service is operated by Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) for users in the EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, and by Google LLC (United States) for everyone else. It collects information about pages viewed, referring source, device, browser, language and approximate location. We use basic statistics only: advertising features, remarketing and data sharing with Google's advertising services are turned off, and IP addresses are processed in truncated form. Data may be transferred to Google servers outside your country. The full list of the service's cookies is published in Google's documentation.

Targeting

We do not currently use targeting or advertising cookies. The category is present in the cookie settings so that, should such technologies ever be introduced, we can update this Policy and ask for your consent.

4.1. If you are in a country whose law requires prior consent to cookies (for example, the EU, the EEA, or the United Kingdom), the Site shows a consent dialog on your first visit. Until you give consent, only strictly necessary cookies are set and analytics scripts are not loaded.

4.2. If you are in the Russian Federation or another country where a notice is sufficient, the Site shows a cookie notice. By continuing to use the Site after the notice is displayed, you agree to the use of the cookies described in this Policy. You can still disable them in your browser or through the settings described in Section 5.

4.3. Your country is determined from your IP address on our server using a local database; see the Privacy Policy for details.

4.4. We use the same country to decide which counters may be loaded at all: if an analytics service is unavailable there, or using it would not meet local legal requirements, its script is not loaded regardless of your cookie settings.

5. How to manage cookies

5.1. On the Site. Open Cookie settings (the link is also in the footer of every page) to allow or block individual categories. Changes take effect immediately: when you withdraw consent, cookies of the disabled categories are deleted and their scripts are no longer loaded.

5.2. In your browser. Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies. Instructions for popular browsers:

5.3. Google Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics data collection on all websites by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. How Google handles data from partner sites is described in Google's documentation.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy, for example when the cookies we use or legal requirements change. The updated version is published on this page with a new date. If the changes require new consent, we will ask for it on your next visit.
